For the Face:
- Cleanse: Wash face with warm water.
- Apply: Scoop a small amount (size of a cherry).
- Massage: Gently massage onto damp skin using circular motions for 60–90 seconds. Avoid eye area.
- Rinse: Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and pat dry.
- Frequency: Use 2–3 times per week (not daily).
For the Body:
- Wet your skin in shower/bath.
- Apply generously to rough areas (elbows, knees, heels).
